These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Account Holder") and jjbd ("jjbd", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your access to and use of the website located at jjbd.ws, including all associated subpages, services, features, content, and applications offered by jjbd (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing jjbd.ws, completing the registration process, logging into your account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or otherwise using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Service.

jjbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms is always available at jjbd.ws/terms-conditions and takes effect immediately upon publication. It is your sole responsibility to review this page regularly. Your continued use of the Service following any change to these Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with jjbd's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and jjbd.

Use of the jjbd Service is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Service:

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use the jjbd platform. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. jjbd employs age verification measures during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, including identity document review. Any account where the holder is found to be under 18 will be immediately suspended. Any balance held in such an account will be returned to the payment method used for deposit, net of any bonuses, and the account will be permanently closed.

jjbd supports responsible age verification and expects all adult users to ensure that minors in their household do not gain access to their jjbd account or to jjbd.ws.

2.2 Single Account Per Person

Each individual may register and operate only one (1) jjbd account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any balances or bonuses, and a report to relevant authorities where required.

2.3 Truthful Registration

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and payment details — is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

To access the full range of jjbd services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following conditions apply to account creation and ongoing account security.

3.1 Registration Process

Registration requires you to provide a valid mobile number, a secure password, and accurate personal details including your full legal name and date of birth. jjbd may, at its sole discretion, require additional identity documents (national ID card, passport, or driving licence) before activating full account functionality, including the ability to make withdrawals.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person, allow any other person to access your account on your behalf, or use any automated system, bot, or script to access your account. jjbd will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where such use occurred because you disclosed, shared, or failed to adequately protect your login credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jjbd's support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. jjbd will investigate the matter and, where necessary, temporarily suspend the account pending resolution.

3.3 KYC Verification

jjbd is committed to responsible operation and implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage — typically before processing a withdrawal above a specified threshold. Failure to complete KYC when requested will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until documentation is received and verified.

3.4 Account Updates

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If any of your registered details change — including your mobile number, email address, or payment method — you must update your account settings promptly. jjbd is not liable for failed communications, payment errors, or delayed withdrawals arising from outdated account information.

All financial transactions on jjbd — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all payment activity on the platform.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jjbd currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. The current list of accepted payment methods is displayed within the account dashboard.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. jjbd does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits from unverified or unidentifiable sources may be rejected and returned. jjbd takes no responsibility for delays caused by payment processors, mobile network operators, or banking institutions.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed for KYC-verified accounts within 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. jjbd reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal and to delay processing pending the outcome of any security review or investigation.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the jjbd account. Any attempt to withdraw funds to a third-party account will be declined and may trigger a security review.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, bets, bonuses, and payouts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). jjbd does not perform currency conversion and does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any conversion fees incurred by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on jjbd, including pre-match markets, live in-play betting, accumulator bets, and Asian handicap markets.

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are accepted at jjbd's sole discretion. jjbd reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected irregular betting patterns, pricing errors, system errors, or circumstances outside jjbd's reasonable control. The minimum bet stake is ৳50. The maximum bet stake per market is determined dynamically and displayed at the time of bet placement.

5.2 Bet Confirmation

A bet is only confirmed and binding once it has been accepted by jjbd's system and a unique bet reference number has been issued to the account holder. Bets for which no confirmation reference is received — due to system error, connectivity loss, or any other technical fault — are not valid and will not be settled. It is your responsibility to verify bet confirmation in your betting history.

5.3 Void Bets

A bet or market may be declared void by jjbd in the following circumstances, without limitation:

• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the required minimum playing time has been completed.
• A pricing or data feed error resulted in materially incorrect odds being offered at the time of bet placement.
• The bet was placed after the event or market had already concluded (late acceptance due to technical latency).
• The event does not take place within 48 hours of the scheduled start time.
• Official result sources provide conflicting or unresolvable outcome data.

When a bet is voided, the stake is returned to your jjbd account balance in full. Void legs within accumulator bets are treated as non-runners; the accumulator is recalculated using the remaining valid selections.

5.4 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting is subject to temporary market suspension at any time during an event, at jjbd's sole discretion, to protect the integrity of pricing. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided and stakes returned. jjbd is not responsible for connectivity issues experienced by the user that result in a bet being placed at unintended odds during rapidly changing in-play conditions.

5.5 Cricket-Specific Rules

For BPL, IPL, T20 international, and other cricket markets: match winner bets require a minimum of one delivery to be bowled in the second innings to stand, unless a result has already been determined. In the event of rain interruption, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method result stands as the official outcome for settlement purposes where applied by the governing body.

jjbd offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing account holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out below, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the deposit-plus-bonus amount, as stated in the specific promotion) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed. Wagering requirements and eligible markets are stated in the specific terms of each promotion. Where no specific terms are stated, the default wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount on sports markets with minimum odds of 1.50.

6.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated. jjbd reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it determines, in its sole judgment, that the bonus has been claimed through abuse of the promotion system, through the operation of multiple accounts, or through collusion with other users.

6.3 Promotion Validity

Each promotion has a specified validity period. Bonus credits not used within the validity window will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. Expired bonuses do not entitle the account holder to any compensation or equivalent credit.

6.4 jjbd's Right to Modify Promotions

jjbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn before its stated end date, jjbd will settle any qualifying bets already placed under that promotion on a best-efforts basis, applying the terms that were in place at the time the bet was accepted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jjbd platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

• Fraudulent activity: Attempting to defraud jjbd or any other user through any means, including but not limited to providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or manipulating game or bet outcomes.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account, whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason.
• Money laundering: Using the jjbd platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. jjbd is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any betting market, casino game, or tournament offered on the platform.
• Use of automated systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place bets, interact with the platform, or circumvent security measures.
• Exploitation of errors: Taking advantage of any clearly identified system error, pricing error, or software malfunction to place bets at materially incorrect odds or to access credits to which you are not entitled. Any profits derived from such exploitation are not valid and will be reclaimed by jjbd.
• Underage use: Accessing or attempting to access the Service while under the age of 18, or knowingly allowing a person under 18 to use your account.
• Misuse of responsible gaming tools: Circumventing self-exclusion, deposit limit, or cooling-off restrictions by registering a new account or using a third party's account during an active exclusion period.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.

8.1 Voluntary Closure by the User

You may close your jjbd account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closure is processed, all pending bets will be settled according to standard rules, and any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing time. Accounts under active investigation may not be eligible for immediate closure.

8.2 Closure by jjbd

jjbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC, suspected fraudulent or criminal activity, account inactivity exceeding 24 consecutive months, or regulatory requirements. Where jjbd initiates closure due to a Terms breach, any remaining balance may be subject to review and partial or full forfeiture depending on the nature of the breach.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity for a period of 24 consecutive months. jjbd will send a notification to the registered contact information before applying any dormancy policy. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of ৳200, deducted from the remaining balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. jjbd will make reasonable efforts to return remaining balances to verified account holders upon request.

8.4 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, your right to access and use the jjbd Service ceases immediately. jjbd will retain your account data for the period required by applicable record-keeping and anti-money laundering obligations. All data handling following account closure is governed by jjbd's Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jjbd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including losses arising from system downtime, data loss, delayed settlements, or actions taken by third-party payment processors. jjbd's total aggregate liability to any account holder for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that account holder in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on jjbd.ws — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data feeds — is the property of jjbd or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from jjbd.ws without the prior written consent of jjbd.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or authority of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jjbd with respect to your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
